As a result of the arrest, Viagra was seized in a separate and unrelated case, and the men were charged with trafficking in the active ingredient of Viagra.
“We were very excited at this news, and this is another case where the drug market is the most significant issue for the United States,” said Judge Thomas W. Klee.
The men were convicted on three counts of trafficking in the active ingredient of Viagra, namely: trafficking in the drug for the purpose of selling the drug, selling it in an illegal manner, and selling it in an illegal manner. These charges were dismissed, with the men still being charged with the alleged crime.
The court, in a decision, ordered the men to be sentenced to a three-year term of imprisonment.
